Admissions and Registration
Required Documents:

Filling out the application form for admission and registration, ensuring all required information is completed.

Original or certified copy of the General Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, along with a receipt for the required registration fees.

Copy of the national ID card or family card.

Original academic transcript and a certified copy for credit transfer (equivalency) students.

Ten (10) passport-size photographs (4×6 cm) with a white background.
Admission Requirements:

The applicant must hold a General Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent. The year of obtaining the certificate must fall within the accepted admission years and must not exceed seven years.

The student must meet the university’s specified admission and coordination requirements.

In case a student is admitted to a related department, and at least one-third of the courses are equivalent, an academic equivalency process is conducted, and the student is granted a grade transcript for the courses completed at the previous college or department.

A student may only be admitted to any department if they have studied in secondary school the subjects required for admission to the relevant college or department.

Certificates issued outside Yemen must be authenticated by the relevant authorities in the country of issuance and in Yemen, and must be equivalized by the Ministry of Education.
Student Registration:

A student is considered officially registered at the university after completing the required documents according to admission conditions and paying the prescribed fees, after which a student ID number is issued.

The student file is kept in the university registration archive and must include all admission documents, along with any academic and financial records throughout the study period.
