Human Resources
Human Resources is considered one of the administrative units affiliated with the General Secretariat at the university. It is responsible for managing and organizing the affairs of academic, administrative, and technical staff in accordance with approved regulations, bylaws, and institutional work policies. The unit aims to attract qualified talent, develop human capital, and promote a fair and motivating work environment, contributing to the achievement of the university’s strategic objectives.
Functions and Responsibilities of Human Resources:

Developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures in accordance with approved regulations.

Organizing recruitment, appointment, promotion, transfer, and termination processes.

Managing staff records and updating employee databases.

Monitoring attendance, leave, and assignments in accordance with regulations.

Supervising performance evaluation processes and following up on their outcomes.

Organizing training and qualification programs and building professional capacities.

Managing salary and allowance matters in coordination with Financial Affairs.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and approved administrative regulations.

Maintaining and archiving official personnel documents and records.
